Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Primary Care | Fort Collins, CO
Join Banner Health's collaborative primary care team in Fort Collins, Colorado! We're seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) who enjoys caring for patients of all ages and values work/life balance and collaborative patient care. Position Highlights:

Four-day workweek (4x10s), flexible schedule

MondayFriday only | No nights or weekends | Minimal call responsibility (1-2 weeks per year)

Clinic Hours: 7am to 5pm

Patient Load: 18 patients per day with 30-minute appointments

Comprehensive support staff including MAs, CMAs, front office team, referral coordinators, plus on-site lab and x-ray

Integrated care model with access to behavioral health, case management, PharmD support, diabetic education, and dietitian/social work services
Position Requirements:

National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) OR Physician Assistant (PA-C through NCCPA)

Eligible for Colorado licensure (or currently licensed)

DEA registration with prescriptive authority

Family medicine/primary care experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $120,000 $145,000, based on experience
